I come to this place with a rich heritage of teachers and mentors, and over 25 years of hands on experience.
I received my training at the Baltimore School of Massage in Maryland and advanced clinical studies and Neuromuscular therapy at the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC. Continued education throughout the country in Medical Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, NeuroKinetic Therapy®, and Ortho-Bionomy® followed with an emphasis in clinical applications of massage and movement for the relief of chronic pain, improved range of movement and stress management.
I continue to gain knowledge through education as a life-long learner of the fascinating world of the human body.
My mission statement - Honoring each client, listening intently, treating skillfully and professionally, and guaranteeing that the minute you walk in the door you will be cared for with compassion, expertise and respect.
Our work together is collaborative.
Commit to doing the work on and off the table and reap the benefits to
improve your health and well-being.
It is my pleasure to provide you with focused therapeutic solutions designed to help you reach your specific health and fitness goals.
I believe that therapeutic bodywork
is an integral part of restoring health.
The benefits can be life changing.

It is estimated that upwards of 90% of disease is stress related. Nothing ages us faster, internally and externally. Massage is an effective tool for managing stress, which translates to
Decreased Anxiety, Enhanced Sleep Quality, Greater Energy, Improved Concentration, Increased Circulation and Reduced Fatigue.
Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues:
Migraines, headaches, head & neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, chronic muscular tension, compromised ROM, circulatory problems, and can ease medication dependence, enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow, increase joint flexibility, reduce spasms and cramping, reduce scar tissue & stretch marks, improve posture and a host of other benefits.
